Christopher Nicolas is a seasoned professional with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, specialising in programme and project management, contract management, and dispute resolution. His international experience includes senior roles in Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, and he has played a central role in expanding TBH’s international footprint, having established the firm’s offices in Singapore, Dubai, and Riyadh.

Christopher’s expertise lies in the preparation and review of project programmes across the entire lifecycle. He has provided advisory services on complex matters relating to delay analysis, disruption, acceleration, and loss of productivity, frequently supporting clients in the mitigation of cost and time risk. He has worked across a broad spectrum of industries spanning infrastructure, energy, health, commercial and telecommunications.
