Beginning his career as a Waste Enforcement Officer, Eoin worked to reduce waste crime and enforce licensing legislation. This early experience exposed him to the operational realities, and limitations, of existing waste laws, as well as the long-term costs these shortcomings can impose on both public and private sectors. It sparked a career-long focus on bridging regulatory frameworks with practical, scalable solutions.

Now with over 300 projects to his name, Eoin specializes in circular economy strategy development, waste reduction strategies, feasibility studies, and masterplan-scale spatial planning across global markets – delivering solutions that reduce client costs and streamline operations. His work has shaped national and international policies and helped clients unlock long-term value through smarter, more sustainable systems.
