Gayathri Udhay

Gayathri Udhay is JLL’s Principal Sustainability & Net Zero Engineer with more than 14 years of experience delivering sustainable solutions to the real estate industry across the Middle East and Asia. An Energy and Environmental Engineer by profession, she is a LEED and WELL Accredited Professional and is a certified LEED Green Rater.

Gayathri has worked on numerous innovative Net Zero projects in the region, including DEWA Solar Innovation Centre, Al Sheraa Net Zero headquarters and Aldar Developments Net Zero implementation. Her experience is from inception through commissioning and operations, ensuring the projects are delivering what they are set out to, in terms of sustainability.

Besides being a passionate advocator of sustainability implementation, Gayathri is also a mentor to numerous graduates and a regular educator of clients in the region
