Joelle Saab

Joelle Saab is the Director of Recycling & Treatment at Dulsco Environment. Joelle’s primary duties revolve around overseeing and optimising waste treatment facilities across the UAE. Additionally, she handles the monitoring of the Dulsco Group’s carbon footprint and spearheads various sustainability initiatives.

As part of her journey at Dulsco Group, she was entrusted with heading the Expo 2020 Dubai project, where she oversaw all aspects of the event’s waste management success, from developing and executing the waste management and recycling strategy to achieving the sustainability goals set for Expo 2020. Before joining Dulsco Group, she served as the Environmental Specialist at Emirates Environmental Group in the UAE. She also led numerous projects in collaboration with the European Union (EU) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Lebanon. Furthermore, her expertise in the field of environmental sciences led her to deliver lectures on the subject at Saint Joseph University – Beirut.
