Margarita Huaca Valdiviezo

Margarita Huaca Valdiviezo is a dedicated sustainability advocate with a strong technical and international business background. An Agricultural Engineer by training, she brings over a decade of business development experience across China, Spain, and the Middle East.

Since moving to Dubai in 2016, Margarita has specialized in energy management within the built environment. She holds certifications in ISO 50001 and ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor), equipping her with both strategic and technical expertise to drive impactful change.

Now in her seventh year at Enernouva, Margarita focuses on energy efficiency in hot water systems for buildings—delivering sustainable, cost-saving solutions tailored to the hospitality, healthcare, and administrative sectors. She works closely with the Managing Director to lead the expansion of thermodynamic solar panel systems across the UAE and beyond, contributing to national energy goals. To date, she has played a key role in over 650 completed or ongoing projects.

Her passion lies in advancing clean technologies, energy efficiency, and mindset shifts toward entrepreneurial, future-focused sustainability. She believes the biggest barrier to progress isn’t cost—it’s outdated thinking.
