Rima Boudaba is an experienced Sustainability Manager with a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Grenoble, France. She began her career in Paris with Vinci Construction, where she served as a Sustainability Project Manager, leading the implementation of sustainability strategies during the construction supervision of high-profile developments across the Paris region.
Her career later took her to the GCC, where she expanded her focus to the design phase of major projects. She held a project management role at NEOM and has continued to lead sustainability consulting initiatives in Dubai. Currently with +impact, she manages large-scale sustainable developments, driving forward environmental excellence across complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Rima holds professional certifications including LEED AP BD+C, Estidama PQP, Envision SP, and has specialized expertise in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), and Circular Economy (CE) strategies. She brings a holistic understanding of sustainability throughout the full project lifecycle, combining deep technical knowledge with a practical, results-driven approach.
